Amanda is a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200), S.A.F.E. certified and holds a diploma in holistic nutrition. Yoga has brought more to her life than just the physical practice on her mat; yoga is a way of life. She continues to learn & practice daily what it means to live yoga. Amanda’s mindful teachings come from her understanding of the importance to approaching wellness from a holistic standpoint. She recognizes each individual’s body has different needs & abilities; and that it changes daily. Amanda focuses on encouraging her students to honour themselves and taking time to connect inwards during their practice. Her teaching inspirations come from Hatha, Restorative & Kundalini Yoga. Parashakti & DJ TM.Pompey
Shamanic healing work is born of more than two decades of experience facilitating workshops, trainings, and retreats around the world, in Los Angeles, New York, Mexico, Bali, Guatemala, Indonesia, Israel, and Greece. I’ve been certified as an Integral Yoga teacher, a Kundalini yoga teacher, Esalen Massage Practitioner, and have studied with some of the world’s most revered spiritual Masters, including Swami Satchidananda, Anna Halperin, Dr. Gabriel Cousens and Lakota Elder Wakia Un Manee. A lifelong dancer, my path as a healer followed a severe injury – a period of what is often called shamanic “dismantling”, after which my mission shifted towards healing. Over the last 20 years, I’ve developed the Seven Foundations and the Dance of Liberation™, as maps for my own spiritual practice, living and breathing these foundations in daily ritual. Since I founded Dance of Liberation™, it’s been practiced by over 10,000 dancers around the globe. It’s was born of a mission to help people experience ecstasy – without taking it. Above all, I am dedicated to serving community, creating a sacred container where people feel safe enough to experience their deepest essences, honor their voices, and shine their brightest light. Pablo Gomez
Hatha Flow Yoga

Pablo teaches a Hatha Flow Yoga of the asanas seeking the purification, strength and lightness of the body, mind & Spirit. Combining Vinyasa, Kriya Kundalini, Hatha & Yin Yoga sequences. The intention of the class is to find our connection with our breathing and be completely aware of our physical & energetical bodies. Through a very subtle but deep practice we achieve the equilibrium and balance we need to reach a level of absolute relaxation that allows the body to return to its natural state; the state of symbiosis. @jivanamaya_healing
