QiGong At The Life Cube

March 28, 2016 @ 9:15 pm - March 29, 2016 @ 10:30 pm

Qigong – Tao of Revitalization

Ancient Taoist exercises for revitalizing the body and balancing the mind. Through very simple, easy and gentle to do, yet specific & highly effective exercises and techniques to relax the nerves, heals and strengthens the nervous system allowing for a calm balanced mind and a relaxed rejuvenated body. Also specific techniques to rejuvinate the hormonal system. Taost yogi were centered on those two systems, hormone and nervous system.

It is very important in these times of enhanced incoming Light and higher vibrations to allow our bodies to harness and handle these energy currents. The electrical currents (masculine) running through our nerves must be harnessed by the magnetic force, (feminine) otherwise throwing our systems off balance. This is Yin/Yang – Internal/external.

Within these revitalization exercises, the Tao or “the way or path” and Qigong brings in breath and energy work in and for our body, mind and energy field. Learning to communicate sense and work along with our bodies, breath and energies, we go back to ourselves, our bodies, to heal and ultimately to know thyself.
We all are subject to society and what affect it can have on us, that is why at the end of the day/morning or day, that it’s important to know how to rebalance, reconnect with ourselves and get the revitalization we need to move out in the world again.
At the end of a magical session I offer the sound of the Sacred Didgeridoo while in savasana to complete the cycle of rejuvination.
